Lose 2.2kg and 5.5cm in 3days…
Is the weighing machine accurate? Am I using the measuring tape correctly? I just can’t believe the results! How can this happen in only 3days? What is the average result that normally people achieved?
Day 3: 05012010
Breakfast 7.30am - Millenium (E. Excel)
- 4 scp F1 + 2 scp F3 + 400ml water
Lunch 2.30pm - Rice + chicken + fish + veg + egg + squid + prawn
Dinner 8.40pm - 4 scp F1 + 2scp F3 + 400ml water
Teamix 4L (2scoops)
Cannot sleep after consuming Teamix at night. Lack of sleep at night. Drink only plain water after 7pm.
