Busy morning caused me to feel hungry quickly. Almost fainted at 10.30pm. Feel itchy on thighs and hands.
Today is the 3rd day of school for the year 2010. I’m given both year 1 & 2 to teach. Teaching the year 1 pupils is a great challenge for me compared to the year 2 pupils. A few of the year 1 pupils do not even know how to write their own names. Some hardly open their mouths to speak. I could not hear their voices at all. Some did not listen to instructions. It shows as though they are living in their own world.
On the 1st lesson I taught them to join all the dots given by using pencil that form line patterns. I explained and demonstrated clearly to them. Some did the work given very well in a fast pace, moderate and slow pace. Some of the pupils do not even know how to hold a pencil correctly. I showed them the way to place the ruler correctly to draw a straight line. Not every of them drew a straight line.
Some of them were creative when it came to colouring. Besides the attractive colours they used, they added other items in the pictures which create a nice scenery.
When I first entered 1K on the first day, there’s this little boy…Hayden came to me and asked me to play kick-boxing with him. I told him that he can play that after school at home. I checked his name in the name list but couldnt find his name. I asked him to show me his name in the list. He told me his name is not there. Everyone was asked to stand and allow to sit when their name was called. Only then I managed to get his name, Woon Hung Yunk. He shouted in the class…”Teacher, that is my name! How come you don’t know my name? You should have known my name earlier.” Since the 1st day in school until today he came to me suddenly and hugged me for no reason. He likes holding my hand when I went round the class to check on their work.
Going round and round the class checking on their work step by step with no chance to sit at all make my legs and body tired and ache at the end of the day. I have been taking afternoon naps since Day 1.
Is the weighing machine accurate? Am I using the measuring tape correctly? I just can’t believe the results! How can this happen in only 3days? What is the average result that normally people achieved?

I’ve heard of Herbalife long time ago. I was very afraid to involve myself in any slimming programmes and direct selling companies after several failures which involve quite a big sum of money and health deterioration. After witnessing the changes in my friends with their progress from time to time I decided to give Herbalife a try. I signed up and bought a set (Formula 1 – Dutch Chocolate, Formula 3, Tea Mix 50g Lemon & Hibiscus).

The Mayonnaise Jar
When things in your life seem, almost too much to handle,
When 24 Hours in a day is not enough,
Remember the mayonnaise jar and 2 cups of coffee.
A professor stood before his philosophy class
And had some items in front of him.
When the class began, wordlessly,
He picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar
and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.
He then asked the students, if the jar was full.
They agreed that it was..
The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured
them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly.
The pebbles rolled into the open Areas between the golf balls.
He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.
The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar.
Of course, the sand filled up everything else.
He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous ‘yes.’
The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively
filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.
‘Now,’ said the professor, as the laughter subsided,
‘I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.
The golf balls are the important things – family,
children, health, Friends, and Favorite passions –
Things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, Your life would still be full.
The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, house, and car.
The sand is everything else –The small stuff.
‘If you put the sand into the jar first,’ He continued,
‘there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls.
The same goes for life.
If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff,
You will never have room for the things that are important to you.
So…
Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness.
Play With your children.
Take time to get medical checkups.
Take your partner out to dinner.
There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal.
‘Take care of the golf balls first –
The things that really matter.
Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.’
One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented.
The professor smiled…
‘I’m glad you asked’.
It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem,
there’s always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.’
At this time all pupils and teachers are enjoying their school holidays…but I need to work. Reason?? I need more cash. Haha…Last month I was broke all the way after paying up bills I’m suppose to pay, rental, Medical Insurance, car insurance and road tax. I was relieved when I received my salary last week. At least I could breathe…phew!
Boom…a loud bang was heard when I was about to cross a bridge. It was raining heavily and the area was flooded. My car tyre….oh no!! I’ve banged on to a big sharp edged rock by the roadside. My new tyre was torn and need to be replaced with another new one. RM1++ gone.
I told dad that the car is making funny squeaking sound more and more frequent now days. He sent the car for a checkup. Engine belt, air-cond belt, bla bla….changed. At the end the bill showed RM5++…FAINT!!!! What an unfortunate year 2009 to me.
I’ve been disappeared for more than 6 months. I couldn’t log in to my blog. Don’t know the reason why. But now I know the reason and I’m impressed by the new system they organized it.
